Daniel is with Serena. She is frazzled and will not give Daniel any information about Eric. When she brings up Nicole's name, he pushes her to tell him the truth. She stutters and will not give him any information. Daniel shows her the elephant. He knows Eric was there. Serena threatens to call security. Daniel starts to call the cops. Serena stops him. Daniel heads off to find Eric. Before he goes he tells Serena he will be sure to tell Eric that she did nothing to help him. He leaves, Serena runs after him.
Daniel is at Eric's apartment and there is no answer. Serena arrives and once again Daniel pushes her to tell him the truth.
Xander gets a hold of Nicole and Eric's phones and starts texting Daniel and Marlena to stop them worrying over Eric and Nicole. Daniel and Marlena are unaware Xander is close to killing Eric and Nicole.
