Eve arrives at Daniel's apartment. Daniel admits that he knows about her affair with JJ. Daniel berates Eve for sleeping with her daughter's boyfriend. He cannot understand how she could do that. He calls her out for her vindictive behavior. He brings up Eve's past of hurting Jennifer by trying to take away the men in her life. First Frankie, then Jack, himself and now JJ. Eve fires back JJ knew what he was doing. She warns Daniel not to say anything. Daniel tells Eve to stay away from JJ. Later, Daniel calls JJ to meet with him. JJ agrees.
Daniel is at work when Theresa finds him. She taunts him about his breakup with Nicole. She makes sure Daniel knows that Nicole has a date with Xander.
