At Daniel's apartment, Daniel struggles to get Parker to take a nap after his sugar high from Maggie's lemon squares. Daniel and Melanie talk. She suggests that Daniel give Nicole another chance. Daniel tells her not to count on it. Melanie leaves and Daniel goes to tend to Parker. Parker is still not tired. Daniel has him on the couch with him. Parker is playing with the elephant statue he has named Fred. Later Eric calls to retrieve the statue for Serena, he learns from Daniel that Parker has become attached to it. Eric decides not to ask for it back. Daniel calls Brady in search of Melanie. Brady has not seen her, but will let her know she has left her phone at home.
