Daniel and Jennifer bump into each other at the hospital. Daniel can see she is upset. Jennifer could use a friend. They move to Jen's office. Jennifer tries to get Daniel to tell her what is happening with JJ. Daniel can tell her very little other than JJ wanting to handle what ever is bothering him on his own. Jennifer is unsettled by that answer.
Later, Daniel sees JJ at the square. JJ introduces him to his new girlfriend, Roxanne. When Daniel returns to the hospital, Daniel mentions this to Jennifer. She declares "no way" would JJ be interested in Roxanne.
