At Daniel's apartment, Nicole arrives early for their date. They begin to kiss, but Daniel says he needs to take a cold shower to get ready for their date. Nicole decides to join him in his hot shower. Daniel thought he heard the phone. Nicole tells him it was her work, but she dicided to ignore it and join him. Daniel questions why she gave up a tip. Nicole tells him she just wants to just focus on him. They kiss.
Later at Victor's club, Rafe is glad that Daniel and Nicole showed up to support him. Daniel realizes that he has left his phone in the car and goes back for it. While he is gone, Nicole accidentally bumps into Serena. Serena takes offense and a shoving match ensues.
