At the club, Nicole is already fighting wiht Serena when Daniel and Eric find them. They both hold back their girlfriends from continuing their cat fight. Daniel listens as Nicole tries to defend herself. Serena is adamant that Nicole started it. Another patron confirms Serena's story. Daniel is disappointed at Nicole's actions. He doesn't think Rafe needs this on his first night at the club. Nicole apologizes to Rafe. They leave and go back to Daniel's apartment. Nicole asks him again if he believes that it was an accident. Daniel says yes. He kisses her. Nicole pushes Daniel to admit that Serena is an awful ant nasty woman. She wants Daniel to admit that he hates her too. But, Daniel will not tell Nicole he hates Serena. He thinks Serena made a mistake. Hating Serena takes things to a whole new level. Nicole feels betrayed and abruptly leaves. Daniel texts Eric to call him back. It is important.
When Eric calls, Eric tells Daniel that Nicole is poison. Daniel is offended by Eric's comment and cuts the call short. He doesn't like what Eric said and tells him so. He says goodnight to Eric and hangs up.
