At the party, Daniel compliments Nicole on all she has accomplished. Nicole owes it all to Daniel. She feels overjoyed that he is in her life. Daniel and Nicole kiss. Eric watches and continues to drink.
Daniel steps away to call Parker as Chloe is letting him stay up to see the ball drop. Nicole goes off to mingle with buyers.
Daniel finishes his call to Parker. He loves him and will see him tomorrow. Daniel gives a kiss to Nicole from Parker. She says that is so sweet. She can't wait to celebrate with Parker as a family. Daniel reminds her that in a month they will be married. Nicole doesn't think she has ever been happier.
The countdown to the New Year begins and Daniel and Nicole kiss to ring in the new year.
Daniel gets a call from Melanie and steps away to take it.
Brady suggests Daniel, Nicole and Theresa all go back to their home to celebrate. Theresa loves that idea. She suggests Brady and Daniel go ahead and Nicole and her will join them after their meeting with Ms Brown.
Daniel and Brady are in the car. Daniel says he is not much for resolutions, but this year he is going to be thankful for everything he has. Brady thinks it is a good idea for him as well. Brady remembers the gift Theresa gave him. He left it backstage at the fashion show. He doesn't want it to get thrown out. Brady wants to turn back and get it. Daniel says no problem, they have time to kill.
Daniel sends Nicole a video message from the car telling her he loves her and how proud of her he is. He cant wait for them to be together.
Daniel asks Brady to be his best man. Brady is honored. Daniel thinks that life is pretty good right now. Brady adds it is funny how things work out. Daniel says it is hard to believe life could be this perfect.
