Daniel is at the hospital. He tells Flynn he is on his way to the Basic Black launch and fashion show. He asks Flynn if he is going. Flynn says he is. Daniel will meet him there. Daniel starts to leave when Jennifer and Abigail arrive with sick baby Thomas. Abigail is fraught with worry. Daniel looks at Thomas and tries to comfort Abigail.
He tells her he will make sure Thomas gets the best care available. Daniel sends Abigail and Thomas to pediatrics with a nurse. He will be there shortly. After they leave, Jennifer thinks Thomas is showing the same Aplastic anemia
signs Abigail showed as a baby. Could Thomas have the hereditary gene. Daniel tells her not to panic and wait for the test results. In the meantime, he suggests she be strong for her daughter, like she always is. Jennifer thanks Daniel and they embrace.
Daniel and Jennifer move into the lounge. He tries to quell her suspicions of Thomas' illness. Abigail joins them and is on edge waiting for the results. Daniel leaves to check on the tests. Jennifer tells Abigail about the possibility that Thomas could have Aplastic anemia.
Daniel returns with news that Thomas does not have Aplastic anemia. Abigail wants to know when they will learn what is wrong with Thomas. Daniel says soon. Daniel will order a full genetic run on both Abigail and the father. Abigail stares.
