Daniel tells Eric that he loves Nicole. Eric hopes Daniel and Nicole can work things out. Danie is worried that Nicole is still in love with Eric. Eric assures him not. Eric wishes them all the best.
Later, Daniel finds Nicole in the town square. He apologizes for blaming her and asks her if they can start over. Nicole sees Xander watching. Nicole adamantly tells Daniel "hell no"! Daniel is stunned.
